Welcome to Hillier Consulting and Marketing, Inc. Partnering with small to medium sized, individually owned businesses is our specialty. This is not to say we partner only with smaller businesses. We have multiple large companies as clients nationwide.
Our history: My father owned his own manufacturing company, and I grew up working for him. It is safe to say that I learned the business from the ground up, as I started off sweeping floors and cleaning the shop. I learned to operate all the machines as well as every facet of our business—from conception to finished product.
To be honest, as a teenager, I did not appreciate the value of the way my father introduced me to the business. Later on, however, I took the reins and found the value of my training. I was able to talk to any employee who tried telling me something could not be done, when I had done it. He also taught me to be wise enough to realize what I did not know, and when to find an expert then work with them.
Now, 30-plus years later, and I am just as excited about our optimization and development business and working with people who have a dream and a plan for launching their own business. I also enjoy working with established businesses that do not have an effective web presence and that are looking to grow their business.
